Wow this looks like it might sting a little. I'd love to be the one sliding the needles through this poor boy's balls. Though I'm sure he's having a fun time of it too. You can see a little blood where one needle has already been pulled out. Maybe the sadistic woman doing the testicle torture will use a bigger needle next time.
