With that in mind, it should be clear that "420 girls" are girls who smoke pot, thus it should come as no surprise that 420 Girls is a porn site filled with nude pot-smokin' babes. 420 Girls is touted by Rolling Stone magazine as being "the best website ever. Ever." But can Rolling Stone be trusted? Is 420 Girls really "the best website ever"? Let's find out.

It should be noted that it is the twentieth of April as I write this review - how's that for synchronicity? Anyway, 420 Girls has been "creating cannabis awareness since 1993," first as a free part of 420Magazine.com for many years and then as a nudie site that was launched after Bush outlawed online headshops, causing 420Magazine.com's advertising revenue to disappear. As the makers of 420 Girls explain, "Sex sells, so we use it as our chariot to deliver our message to the world." 420 Girls is on a mission to legalize cannabis (I'm sure those fat cats in Washington are gonna take this site's noble cause seriously after they see the shit that's on it!).
I get the feeling that the webmasters of 420 Girls must've been high while designing the members area of this site cos it looks kinda crummy. The photo galleries on 420 Girls are updated every week and a new 420 girl is added every month. Members of 420 Girls get access to each girl's contact information, personal websites and a smattering of average resolution photos of these drug addled girls getting high on ganja. The makers of 420 Girls also provides extensive interviews with their models, allowing these bodacious babes the opportunity to talk about their views, opinions, thoughts on the War on Drugs, why they smoke, how often they smoke, what their favorite munchies are, what they would say to the President if given the chance and "so much more."
Currently, there are one hundred and twenty-four galleries on 420 Girls (wouldn't it be cool if there were four hundred and twenty galleries?! Like, far out!); these galleries contain over eight thousand photos. Most of the photo galleries are girls smoking solo, but some document girl-girl drug abuse. Though there are some Playboy bunnies and actual porn stars (Brittany Andrews, for example) among the ranks of the 420 Girls, most of these lady stoners look like amateur ravers to me (I recognized a model from EroticBPM). The girls are shown hiding behind plants, covered in nugs and "blazing" from bongs, joints, blunts, pipes, hookahs, vaporizers and more. Most photo shoots end in full nudity.
There are also a very small number of videos on 420 Girls. These MPEG videos are very, very brief and stream in an embedded player on the site or can be downloaded to your hard drive. Put bluntly, the videos left me feeling blase.
420 Girls is also a community of sorts with an active message board, one that currently services over twenty-seven thousand users. However, registered users are not allowed to use the forums to communicate with each other cos they tend to harsh the buzz and fill 'em up with "negative energy," "stupid fights" and "crap." Gee, I'd expect more from a group of degenerate potheads!!! So I guess it's not really a community after all. And, I must say, it seems odd to me that a website so dependent on free speech would censor its own users...

420 Girls depicts the lighter side of drug use. And, no, 420 Girls is not "the best website ever," not by a long shot. Fucking right on man. I cant believe I have never even heard of this site before. This is like the most bad ass thing to ever hit the porn world. I have been trying to tell everyone that hot bitches like to smoke a little ganja too. I am going to keep this short and sweet while I hunt for my fucking bank card. I have definitely got to get some of this shit. |
