Only some of the girls have the option to stream the whole video at once. Most of the videos are around 10mb, and they download ultra fast. The quality isn't perfect, but for Quicktime it's good.
As far as the action itself, this site takes a bit of a different approach. It is more classy and slow... The focus is on the beautiful girls, and taking time during the act.
