Did you try contacting the owners of the site? They have the link to the contact form on the bottom of their support page. I am not sure how much ccbill can help, because they are merely a "billing agent". Contacting the owners directly will most probably solve your problem. I know I solved mine like that. Sometimes using a content ripper will cause the account to be temporarily deactivated because you reach a daily limit if the site has one. It's got to do with protecting the server from overloading I think. This site works fine for me tho. |

Most frustrating site that i have ever been to. I used a download manager which i "think" got my account deactivated. Note: there was no terms & conditions which prohibited. I called their support, which is "ccbill." They said it worked on their end. So i waited for 72 hours and still nothing. I asked about reversing the charges, which is $50.00 the cost of the website. They said if i did, that i could never use ccbill again. Needless to say, i will be posting my experience on ever porn site in the universe. As you cant go ripping folks off like this. |
